What did he mean by that? Was the highest ranking Democrat in Congress suggesting the Intel community would target the President?

When senators & media say "RELEASE THE REPORT!" they're LYING. They KNOW that it's 100% ILLEGAL to release it before grand jury redactions are made. They're taking advantage of their followers ignorance. Obviously it's working. Don't take my word for it; watch the video.
