Today we asked @RepCummings to mark-up HR 1 in committee before putting it on the House floor.
This 600 page bill has HUGE implications on election law.

Making election day a holiday "rigs" the election for Democrats. Do you hear this people? The GOP wants to keep you from voting.

Considering the ideas that Democrats promote, I think it would be great if their "supporters" would not vote. But, if they do vote, it would be nice if they could prove their citizenship by having a photo ID. You need one to buy beer or board an airplane, why not for voting?

Wow. Letting people vote fairly, not selling our government to billionaires who pay you off secretly & not rigging districts through gerrymandering is rigging elections for Democrats? No. Actually it's slowing down the

Voters should have to show ID. There is no other law needed. Texas has 95,000 non citizens on the voter rolls and 58,000 have voted. Forgive me for laughing at you “fair” comment.
