Dems announce Socialist “Green New Deal.” Sound familiar? In 2009 the Obama administration launched the Green Energy Loan Program. REMEMBER: -Solyndra -Abound Solar -Beacon Power -Fisker Automotive They received hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars. ALL went bankrupt.

That was a loan program, and Missy recipients were successful. Talk to any bank and you'll understand that there are risks involved in lending. BTW, Obama resurrected the economy with this and other programs after Bush destroyed it with deregulation.

Resurrected the economy by adding 9 trillion to the national debt and the first President ever to never achieve over 3% GDP the worst since 1949! 😆🤣😆

"That's because most of the projects funded ... are large power plants that are now producing electricity for the grid, including photovoltaic and solar thermal plants, wind farms, and geothermal energy plants." Not vanity projects for political donors.

And what have you done? Anything? Nothing at all except scream and yell-how’s those tax cuts working for the middle class? I didn’t get a raise-wife didn’t get a raise but those corporate donors of yours had a great time-you are a hack.

Realize: the failed Tea Party is exploding the federal deficit and stirring fear around a fake “emergency” to hide @SenateGOP support for a traitor in the WH, while failing to even acknowledge we face the greatest threat to humanity saying it’s “too expensive”. @EricHolthaus

If we are referring to these specific companies that DID go out of business, then there were 28 others at that time that didn't. What's that old saying about 1/2 of all new businesses go under within a year? Well those companies certainly bucked the fuck out of that trend.
