This crap needs to be fixed!! This multi-teir justice got to stop. IRS needs same treatment as the people. Those who weaponize the dept. need a harsher penalty. Color of the law and all that stuff!!

Federal and State employee should not be able to take the 5th in a public office concerning their jobs. They have to answer all questions under oath. Publicly except when security could be compromized.
