The companies are private actors. The Constitution applies only to government, not private actors. The Constitution limits government and empowers the private sector. Platforms are, and should be, free to publish (or not) whatever speech they want to.

If they're deplatforming, censoring, and/or restricting speech, doesn't that message them more of a publisher than a platform, and therefore open to lawsuits?
