Who cares where he got it? Truth is the investigation into trump's Russia ties and controls began due to Papadopolous' big drunken mouth, not any dossier. The OTHER truth is Ohr was correct in turning it over to the FBI. trump camp should have called FBI themselves before that.

When the trump camp was made aware that a hostile foreign power was trying to give them info on an opponent THEY SHOULD HAVE REPORTED THAT TO THE FBI/CIA. They didn't.
