What decisions did Peter make relative o the Russia investigation? That is important info before you make such a claim. If he made no decisions that hurt Trump, then you are making a false claim.

It was Obama who clearly did not understand or respect the Constitution. He's on video circa 2004 complaining that the Constitution gives too much power to the states and not enough to the Federl govt. antithetical to our FFs' entire vision.
