    In a talk at Jacksonville University in 2016, Judge Barrett said that the core holding of Roe v. Wade was that women had the right to an abortion, and that was not likely to change in the future, but how states restrict abortion might change.......

    Many in GOP May feel 6th seat is any blowback it gets, maybe even losing the Senate. Not sure McConnell feels that way.

    No. Fair is fair. But McConnell's classless statement yesterday, rationalizing why this is different, shows he and the R's don't give one iota about fairness. I can only hope if they hypocritically replace RBG, it will be the R's last desperate move and we vote them out 11/3.

    Definitely not this close to an election. In 2016 McConnell said "The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president," when they fought Obama on his appointment.
