I certainly hope so. @DeptofDefense & @USGSA already have successful programs thanks to hard work by @TheJusticeDept’s CCIPS, @USDS & the Technology Transformation Service. No reason @DHSgov shouldn’t have one as well. Gov’t must do a better job embracing security researchers.
