if mail in votes were going 2/3 for Biden before election and we were constantly told that last night - why did they all of a sudden start going 100% for Biden over night?

Because trump spent the last 4 months telling his base that mail in ballots are risky and the post office cant handle it (they can and have for decades) and now surprise surprise none of his supporters did mail in so now its overwhelmingly blue.
