        yeah,great work.taxpayers are thrilled when their funds go to finance Russia NASA asked Roscosmos for additional seats in Soyuz spaceships in 2020 and 2021, said Rogozin. He said that the tests of @Boeing and @SpaceX crew ships will not be finished earlier than 2021
