She violated probation. Part of the terms were to do her homework. She was not jailed for not doing homework The situation is still unjust. But please represent it accurately in your headline.

The only part of her probation that was "violated" was her not being able to adjust to online learning because of her diagnosed ADHD. She didn't do online schoolwork for a few days and she got thrown in juvie. She's in juvie for not doing her homework.
