How is the AVID Pro Tools video engine so damn awkward all the time? I wish it had a converter built in that would make life easier!

it's a pain. I constantly get missing codec warnings and "Waiting for video engine...." PT10 was way more solid
and that's why I'm still using pt 10 with mountain lion. Rock solid and never fails me

Mavericks + 10 was the best for me. New machine meant I had to go with latest versions
