Yo @TeamYouTube @YouTubeGaming why can't I change the thumbnail on my livestream? Says "Uploading thumbnail" when I try to change it but it never goes through.

Check out boogies new vid for the update on YouTube. May be irrelevant, but people are being hired to review videos , possibly edits before it’s allowed to go through. To avoid the mistake such as Logan made
