    1. Drink a lot of water. Sometimes I find it’s triggered by dehydration. 2. Magnesium, CoQ10. 3. Long term (hard for a reporter) keep consistent sleep hours. Drink 1 cup of coffee same time every day. 4. Be rigorous about identifying your food triggers and avoid them. ⭐️

    In 2015, the Texas House defeated a bill that would have helped state agencies prep for changing weather conditions. It would have required reporting on “expected changes...in the services ...because of projected changes in weather, water availability, and climate variability.”
