The decision we had to make was so personal & difficult - the idea of having to *prove* to lawmakers that I would be in danger or sick enough to warrant an abortion is absolutely monstrous.

Again, think about these laws in terms of practical implementation. How sick does a woman need to be in order to have a legal abortion? How high would my blood pressure have to skyrocket? Would my liver have to fail before lawmakers would deem me "in danger"?

I wasn't in danger at all, but my daughter - much wanted, much loved - was facing an extremely short life of nothing but pain because of her medical condition. It was my decision as her mom to spare her that torture and I would have physically fought anyone who tried to stop me.

At 19weeks 4days my body when into organ failure. My kidneys were shutting down and my very wanted baby was killing me. At 20weeks 1day we were told that it was too late, I should have already known that I would have PI-ARF. My story is not unique. They are not really pro-life.
