The recent WhatsApp accounts takeover is simple and genius. This is how it works: You're sleeping. A "hacker" tries to login to your account via WhatsApp. You get a text message with a pincode that says "Do not share this". You don't share it, yet you still get hacked. How?

This is an interesting sentiment PR problem. I'm seeing a lot of Tesla owner (both vehicle & stock owners) saying they're not proud of their car/stock anymore b/c what Elon is tweeting. Is this going to go way of Uber? CEO goes before there is trust back.

For my non-British friends a lorry is a 18-wheel truck, both of which impress my 4-year old son so in the Rees house I'm all right. Red Lorry Yellow Lorry is also a tongue twister type playground game for the British kids which I find so fun as a name.

As a person who works on messaging quite a bit, this was a great tactical breakdown on how to visually present the who, what, where, why & when you'd find in any PR on a well-designed website. It's an art, but it also needs to have the bones that point to next steps.

Now that Elon Musk is at Twitter, I think he should get that PR team back at Tesla so they can take the brand management workload off of him and his own tweets essentially. Just seems too crossover now.
