Low unemployment is fine. Obama cut the unemployment rate in half via normal growth and recovery. It dropped another 1.5% under Trump, but he added half a trillion in debt every year to do it. The unemployment rate is one metric, but how it is achieved is also important.

Underemployment numbers are more important. People were and are going to minimum wage jobs instead of salary positions because the latter has lost a large chunk of its pool.
