By the time you get to using taxation as a tool to fight economic disparity , you've already seceded too much ground ... People need to be paid when they generate the value ... It doesn't need to go through govt. hands ...
Of course, but we *have* already ceded too much ground. If today workers started to get compensation that reflected the value they create, it would not be enough to create equality while people have billions of dollars making them billions more. That’s why taxation is *a* tool.

Agreed ... It goes further than just compensation ... It's about paying the true cost of running your operation... It's about paying for your impact on the environment , people's health, & the depletion of resources..
