In Delaware, the minimum wage for tipped workers has not gone up for more than 30 years.
It was $2.23/hr then and it's $2.23/hr now.

It's been $2.13/hr in Tennessee for the longest time. To make matters worse, Wage Theft is very rarely punished here. Often, employers will require Servers to do side work off the clock if they are approaching the 40-hr/week threshold.

Absolutely. Also, no one was ever ensuring I made minimum wage on a given shift. There were definitely slow lunches where I didn't.
