If you need protection of the CDC’s eviction moratorium:
Fill out the form at the link below. Every adult on the lease should fill one out.

The CDC moratorium isn’t perfect. It prevents eviction for non-payment, but people may still be evicted for other reasons. You are still required to make payments as best you can. It also doesn’t prevent landlords from charging fees or interest on late rent.
