It’s bull. The onus is on leadership to use their power to eradicate racism in hiring and not recruit the same types of people.
Orrrr we could have worker-run organizations that actually prioritize hiring their own communities.

Whenever I hear a company is trending (since it ain't usually for somethin good), I think about one of my fav words. It's spelled N-A-T-I-O-N-A-L-I-Z-E. Tbh I don't even want to democratically own most of these shitty companies, I just want their CEOS quivering in their boots.
