But - that's not how it works. Don't make it a 2 pronged fight. The fastest way between 2 points is a straight line. All you do is derail the effort by insisting that $ come from something else that has already been approved - well meaning as that may be.
I didn't insist spending come from somewhere else! I used a reference to quantify an amount of spending and point out where our priorities have been. I'll fight to end both fossil fuel subsidies and homelessness, but I was not saying those need to be linked together.
