I completely agree that we need to guarantee a dignified standard of living for all people including seniors, vets, and those with disabilities. We haven't done nearly enough. I support increasing payments from programs like Social Security and SSDI to a living wage.
Congress has now missed the deadline to extend the federal UI payments and housing protections. These programs are a matter of life or death, and it’s time to elect Democrats who will fight for us like our lives depend on it.
