I don't understand why he'd be approached, but eh, I'll take all the help we can get right now. The ideas you are fighting for, and the ones I support, can't happen if we don't deal with Trump first. I genuinely fear that if Trump wins again there won't be anything left.

I agree. It’s time for Americans right, left and center to unite against the traitor in the oval. There’s nothing wrong with that. Speaking doesn’t mean he gets to dictate the platform. We don’t even know what he’ll say.

As a resident of Ohio I can agree with this. If only that were an exhaustive list. He’s also anti-lgbtq and has been decidedly homophobic. There’s also his rejection of ARRA money for infrastructure for light rail as just one other small example. Dems stand w/your base or lose

I live in Ohio and Kasich is one of the biggest phonies you will ever see. He likes to pretend he’s a “moderate” but he’s not even close. It’s embarrassing he’s being invited to the convention.

Yes. Kasich was elected to Congress in 1982 as part of the so-called Reagan revolution. He is a personally-compassionate conservative whose polices are anything but compassionate. Republicans are governed by greed.
