Doesn’t Senate Homeland Security Committee control DHS?
Training is absolutely not going to change the likely illegal use of federal agents to patrol our streets and their civil rights-violating behavior. Yes. And... Training changes nothing: 1) 'following training' = acquittal; 2)Which training? Killology? Cops get off all the time because 'followed training', but the training is deadly, excessive, and panic oriented. So, WHICH training?
