Cut police funding in favor of health, education, & social services
Ban military gear
Require stronger background checks to keep white supremacists out

To be fair, if he wrote a second tweet there's a great than 70% he would talk about black on black crime as the rason they don't feel comfortable in their own community. I really hope he gets beaten by Booker.
