Biden and congressional candidates need to use this moment to talk about the EEOC--the federal agency responsible for ensuring compliance with Title VII. The EEOC is underfunded, understaffed, and needs a complete revamp to give teeth to this SCOTUS ruling.
Was thinking about this earlier. We have so many laws, labor ones in particular, that go essentially unenforced.
