We can lower the price of prescriptions by:
moving to single payer system that can negotiate with drug companies
importing drugs from other countries
capping out of pocket costs for prescriptions

Today I called a woman who relies on social security for income. Her life depends on medication that costs $550 every 2 months. She regularly has to weigh that cost against other her bills. We do not need to force people to choose between their health and housing or utilities.
