This is especially a problem for sex workers. Cops arrests SW, offers to let them free in exchange for sex act, SW under duress performs sex act, Cop hauls them in anyway, SW cant do anything as Cop says SW consented and being a SW is used against them as "proof" they consented
It's awful. One of the many reasons why we need to decriminalize sex work.
