Let me be clear: I understand that small businesses are struggling to pay the bills and need relief. But that relief shouldn't come at the expense of workers.

This aid package was flawed from the start. Small businesses needed more than a weak payroll replacement. Workers needed direct aid. And what they got was a toothless aid package that left everyone except megacorporations high and dry.
