His company is sending workers into potentially deadly conditions, union busting, & building a monopoly in retail, plus cloud services & media production. It takes him less than 15 mins to make what the average American worker earns in a lifetime. It’s time for a wealth tax.

“Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires.” Too many of us believe Bezos worked for and deserves all that money. None of us truly appreciates the ginormity of $1 billion.

This, but instead of a wealth tax, make it a value-added tax targeted towards luxury goods (oh, and tax capital gains as income, which is where most of this wealth is generated!) 1) less avoidance (2) more revenue generation (3) easier to tax (4) constitutionality isn’t dubious
