What do you see as the hallmarks of White Progressivism? I'm asking this in good faith. I genuinely want to know, because I make effort to explicitly call out white supremacy & be intentional about anti-racist messaging and policies. I'm asking to be a better candidate & leader.

I agree. Ex: cancelling student debt does disproportionately help Black women, but doesn't end systemic issues. I do focus on expressly anti-racist policies like eradicating medical bias, repairing enviro harm to black & brown ppl, & actually desegregating schools & outcomes.
