We knew these plants would be hotspots for infection and now they are. It proves the plants are failing at keeping conditions safe. Forcing them to stay open while decreasing enforcement will clearly result in additional suffering and deaths.
Why is the burden on the workers? It should be on the state’s AG or dept. of labor.
