Those who remain timid about the need for structural reform of the Court often say we should just focus on winning the next election and everything will be fine. That doesnt work, though, when the Court is content to rig those elections.
We’re talking about a court that deemed the richer you are the more free speech you have, gave corporations the rights of people, and actively harms voting rights. So, a suggestion to add justices is not the extreme position here.
