Or we stay at our jobs only because of the insurance, even when we want to move on.
I’ve lived without health insurance many times — when my family couldn’t afford a plan, when my jobs didn’t offer it, when I got laid off & couldn’t afford a $700+ monthly COBRA payment.
I had no real choice in any of it. Just fear of illness or injury.
We need #MedicareForAll.
