Wait, am I understanding this correctly that the numbers we've been seeing are only Delawareans? When one of the biggest concerns of this pandemic is overwhelming the hospital system, shouldn't we see *all* hospitalizations?

Our understanding is the numbers they’ve been sharing are the numbers reported by Delaware to the CDC. Out of state patients should be covered by their home state’s statistics.
