The millennial right wing economic think tank stans are mad about people’s saying $1200 isn’t enough. Claiming coastal elites are the ones saying this. Most young people live in cities. And are buried in debt. Would love to hear them this angry about the corporate subsidies.
Plus, the complaint that $1,200 isn’t enough isn’t even really about the value. It’s about how small of a gesture our government is willing to make to take care of people when we need it most. It’s about demanding more than a one time, slow to arrive check in the face of crisis.

Yes it’s not meant to pay for everything....there’s unemployment and they are increasing the benefit on top of that.
