With ACA, I pay $26,000 a year for my families insurance not including out of pocket expenses. You get that people dont enroll cause they cant afford it right? What would change in a crisis to make them be able to afford it?
Nothing. You'll just have scared people buying plans they can't afford to use, allowing the one insurer available in Delaware's ACA marketplace to expand its profits.
