I keep seeing people say things like “Medicare isn’t great” when discussing #Medicareforall.
’Medicare for All’ isn’t medicare in its present form.
It is single payer healthcare.
NO copays.
NO deductibles.
Covers 100% of care.
Covers vision, dental, and prescriptions.
Agree — there’s value in the name recognition of M4A. I haven’t had too many people react with negativity about Medicare, but when I do I typically reinforce the plan to make Medicare a comprehensive single payer system.
