Like when I was 15 years old and sexually assaulted by the assistant manager of my store. Or when the owner of the restaurant pooled and then skimmed from the waitstaff’s tips at the end of every night. Or when my shifts were never set and I had to be forever on call.
From what I understand and I hope I got this right but union protections are based on employer or region rather than industry and that if it was based on industry Union protections what cover more workers did I get that right and if so does the pro Labor Act address this
