Making Election Day a national holiday isn’t enough. Far too many people must work even on holidays.
We need:
auto-registration
vote by mail
early voting
no-excuse absentee
increased accessibility of ballots & polling places
All it takes to increase participation.

I love this but I'd add hand marked paper ballots, scanned available for review, and ranked choice voting.
