Personally, I think it would be entertaining if people who live and work in downtown Wilmington could actually purchase food at a grocery store. He came into my old job once for some reason to take questions. A coworker asked about possible afternoon programs to help get kids away from gun violence, and he glossed over it and started saying “A nice, World Class Restaurant” could help “turn downtown around”
