We can’t only build “luxury” housing!
The housing wage in my state is already $18/hr — almost double our minimum wage. The government needs to create affordable, rent-controlled housing.

Yes! I live in Massachusetts and the minimum wage is $12. They did an estimate of how much money you would need to make to live in comfortably in this city and you need to make $24 an hour or double the minimum wage to live comfortably. It is crazy.
