This weekend, I encountered another voter who told me she couldn't vote due to a felony. The law preventing felons who served their time from voting was changed in *2013* Who is telling these people that they can't vote? And what is the state of Delaware doing to rectify this?

We should put billboards up telling people this fact in highly populated areas. Like orange Street at the planned Parenthood parking lot. This is a good area to post something like that, and maybe a couple other strategic spots?
