Completely agree, Claire. Like many of the decisions our government made after 9/11, ICE was a mistake that has caused undue suffering for immigrants. It regularly violates civil rights and operates outside of our due process standards. It needs to go.
Recently, @ChrisCoons has said the movement to abolish ICE is an "outrageous proposal." He has mocked the hard work immigration activists are doing as nothing more than a hashtag.
