I was born just after WW2 and we had respect for everyone and a fear that if you did something wrong you would be punished, even from the Beat Bobby (who in my case was daft as rags really). We never came to any harm from being punished by having privileges taken away no outdoors
.That was how things were when I was growing up. People respected each other and their views, even if they did not agree. Something has to give, and all this #woke nonsense has got to stop
