Of course, "China"tells The truth. it is China Government&Media that telling. But 1.4billion Chinese can't tell the truth. Because of any reasons,u know why, Chinese can't visit The website like Twitter, Facebook, youtube And so on.
FB, YT and Twitter aren't in China because they choose not to be, not because China bans them. They're welcome to join the fun if they play by China's rules. And, the rules are no different to what America imposes already and EU is attempting to impose now

That's such a disingenuous and bullshit stance on this issue. China is happy to use these platforms for their own international propaganda purposes but it's too "illegal" for the average mainland Chinese citizen.
