No, they didn't. Plus, every precinct is responsible for making sure their equipment is working and for manning that stations. The fact that some democratic districts failed at doing this has nothing to do with the governor's office or his administration.

Voter suppression is not even remotely close to claims of voter fraud, and is an actual documented thing. Whether or not you believe in it, actions and policy accused of suppressing votes have definitely taken place. These are different things, they just both have the word "vote"
