There is a big contract you agreed to when you monetized your channel as well. As for people not getting to express themselves, I would agree with you were it not for the fact that I see people expressing their opinions, unpopular or not, regularly on YT.
No, it's not, but if you're trying to make the case that you having a video blocked equates in any way to business banning people over their race, then I strongly disagree with you on that detail.
